Ada's bunny birthday party!

And then… Two weeks after her brother’s birthday… This little spitfire turns three!!

She’s obsessed with anything cute, tiny, and furry so I made the same bunny cake as I did the year before.

Because I make this in two six inch pans, it’s a pretty small cake so I made a larger cake for everyone else to eat. They were both from two cake mix boxes, one lemon and one strawberry, but with homemade cream cheese frosting. Way yummy.

Apart from the cake I kept it simple on the treats and favors. I did make some homemade tissue paper confetti poppers using old wrapping paper shreds that I stuffed into toilet paper rolls and wrapped in tissue paper.

Some homemade paper party hats (from Dollar Tree) that I decorated with odds and ends of pretty paper, laces, and beads.

And lastly I made another birthday balloon bouquet and used fresh flowers and her decorated gifts as the decorations themselves.

In the end, I think that this birthday girl was a pretty happy girl!
