Mustard rosemary-baked ham
My husband swore off sugar just before the holidays…
Normally we have a honey-baked ham, dripping with lots of raw, local honey that we get close to here.
It’s delicious and reliably easy.
But this year I had five minutes to find a new recipe before the ham went into the oven. Luckily, this recipe absolutely BLEW the old one out of the water. I mean, SO. MUCH. FLAVOR.
mustard + ham = special place in my heart forever…
1/3 cup whole grain mustard
1/2 cup mayo
minced garlic
1 tbsp ground rosemary (I grind mine with my mini mortar & pestle)
1 tsp pepper
MIx all together in a measuring cup. Using your hands, slather all over a precooked, spiral-sliced ham. Fill the baking dish with about 1/2 cup water.
Bake @ 300 for 15 minutes for every pound of ham you have.
Enjoy!
